Toshiba has announced that in UK will arive the new Toshiba NB100. The company says that the 8.9-inch NB100 is a stylish,compact device with advanced communication and multimedia capabilities that weighs in at less that a kilo.
More caracteristics of the laptot are that he is powered by the 1.6Ghz Intel Atom CPU, and have 2 variants one is with Linux Ubuntu 8.04 with OpenOffice 2.4, and the other is Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition. The laptot has a widescreen TruBrite display 1024x600 resolution with LED backlighting and a little hard disk 120Gb with 1 Gb RAM.
In conectivity, well here he has a Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g) and a 10/100 Ethernet port and 3 USB ports and a 0.3 MP webcam.
There  will be 3 different colours for the Toshiba NB100 , "Cosmic Black", "Champagne Gold" and "Bright Silver" and will be available in October 2008 with a price about 500 Euro.
